These Hawaiian Short Eared Owls at Hawaii Wildlife Center sends a big thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation for helping fund his special medical care and special support. He is so grateful to have a second chance at life and hopes to be released back into the wild his forever home soon.
