Biscayne, a young Sea lion pup, is responding well to his medical treatments, at Marine Mammal Care Center of Los Angeles. He is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, for helping fund his emergency medical care for his severe bacterial infection, malnutrition, and dehydration. He is improving daily, and hopes to graduate to fish school soon.
