Otis, an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at SR3, is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation helped fund his ICU medical care for his severe infection, CBC blood panel work, and extreme malnutrition. It will help ensure that Otis, and many other marine patients, get a second chance on life, and be released back into wild. Harbor Seals have a V- shaped nostrils, can dive 300 feet , and stay under water for up to 30 minutes.
