Bugsy, an orphaned Elephant Seal pup at Pacific Mammal Center , sends a big whisker thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation helped fund his round the clock critical medical care and special treatment support. He is improving and hopes to be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
