Carrot an orphaned Sea Lion pup in ICU at Pacific Marine Mammal Center sends a big thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund her round the clock emergency medical care and special treatment support.  She is doing better and so grateful to now have a second chance at life.
