Cosmo , an orphaned Sea Lion pup at Pacific Marine Mammal Center, sends a big flipper thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation . The foundation helped fund his ICU round the clock critical medical care and special treatment support. He is improving and hopes to be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
