Handsome Dewey from Utah Friends of the Basset Hound Rescue sends a big sloppy thank-you to kiss the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped many of his furry friends receive critical medical care and special treatment support. They are so grateful to have a second chance at life.
