Dewey a homeless pup at Utah Fiends of the Basset Hounds sends a big sloppy thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation has helped him and many of his furry friends receive life saving medical care and support to help ensure they have second chance at life and get adopted into new forever homes.
