Adorable Elbert an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his extensive medical care for his severe ear infection, worms, blood work, and special treatment support. He is happy to report that he is feeling so much better and is the best sofa snuggle in his new forever home.
