Hallie, an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at SR3 , sends a big whisker thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation . The foundation helped fund her round the clock critical medical care and special treatment support. She hopes to be released back into the wild, her ocean forever home very soon.
