This rescued Harbor Seal pup is responding well, to his medical treatments, at Channel Island Marine Wildlife Institute. For many years, The Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, has helped fund them with life saving medical care and emergency supplies. It will help ensure that many marine mammals can be rehabilitated, and released back into the wild, where they belong.
