Henry at Cheyenne Animal Shelter, is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Differ Foundation. For many years, the foundation has helped fund them with life saving medical care, for shelter pets like Henry, and many of his fuzzy friends. As a result, It has helped ensure to give many shelter pets, a second chance at life.
