Higgins

Higgins, an orphaned Elephant Seal pup at Marine Mammal Care Center of LA , is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, for helping fund his round the clock medical care and extensive treatment support.  He is improving daily and so grateful to have a second chance at life.
