Handsome Higgins an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his extensive medical care and extensive treatment support. He is feeling so much better and  loves to couch cuddle with his new forever family.
