Adorable Howard orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation funded his critical medical care for his severe infection, worms, bloodwork, dehydration, x- rays, and special medications. He is doing well and is the biggest love bug in his new wonderful forever home.
