Adorable Howard one of nineteen orphaned puppies from Rifle Animal Shelter is so grateful to be alive thanks to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation for funding all of their emergency medical care for the deadly parvovirus, blood work, x-rays, IV fluids, malnutrition, ultrasound, and extensive medical treatments. Happy to report they have all made a full recovery and have found new loving forever homes.
