Jasper at Cheyenne Animal Shelter sends a big tail thumping thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation has helped him, and many of his fluffy shelter friends, receive urgent medical care and support. It is to help ensure they get second chance at life, and adopted into new forever homes.
