Leonardo at Cheyenne Animal Shelter , sends a big tail wagging thank-you, to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. For many years, the foundation has helped fund them with, life saving medical care, emergency food supplies, and major sponsor, of their summer critter camp.
