Max at Cheyenne Animal Shelter, sends a big tail wagging thank-you, to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation has helped Max and many of his shelter buddies, receive lifesaving medical care and support. It has helped ensure, that they get a second chance on life, and get adopted into new loving forever homes.
