Handsome Nelson at Second Chance Humane Society sends a big fuzzy thank-you hug, to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , emergency medical fund. The foundation has helped him, and many of his fuzzy friends receive life saving medical care , and support to help ensure they have second chance at life, and get adopted into new forever homes.
