This black and white Owl, is doing well at Toucan Rescue Ranch. For many years, the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation has held fund them with, life saving medical care and emergency supplies. It will help ensure that many wildlife animals get a second chance at life, and be released back into the wild, where they belong.
