Adorable Penelope an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund her extensive medical care for her severe worms, blood work, skin condition and extensive treatment support. She is doing well and is the biggest cuddle love bug in her new forever home.
