Adorable Polka and Dot at Second Chance Humane Society send a big purring thank-you , to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , emergency medical fund. The foundation has helped them, and many of their fuzzy friends receive life saving medical care , and support to help ensure they have second chance at life, and get adopted into new forever homes.
