Rocky, at Cheyenne Animal Shelter, is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation has helped fund emergency medical care for Rocky, and many of his fuzzy buddies. It helps ensure that they have a second chance at life, and get adopted into new loving homes.
