Rodger a homeless pup from Rifle Animal Shelter sends a big tail wagging thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation for funding his critical medical care for his severe ear infections, blood work, worms, malnutrition stabilizing medications. He is doing  great and loves to go on fun hikes with his new loving forever family.
