Spencer, an orphaned Elephant Seal pup at Marine Mammal Care Center of LA sends a big flipper thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, for helping fund his special medical care and extensive treatment support. He is improving daily and hopes to be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
