Adorable Theodore an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his special medical care and extensive treatment support. He is doing well and loves to hog the entire back seat of the car, while hanging his head out the window with his new forever family.
