Adorable Theodore an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his critical medical care and treatment support. He is doing well and is the biggest cuddle love bug in his new loving forever home.
