Theodore, at Gunnison Valley Animal Welfare League, is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation has helped fund them with emergency medical care and treatment support. It has helped so many shelter pets like Theodore, have second chance on life, and get adopted into new loving forever homes.
