Tulip, at Channel Islands Marine & Wildlife Institute, is so grateful to be alive thanks to the support, of Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation helped fund her urgent medal support/treatments. Sea Lion pups are well developed at birth, they are born with their eyes open and can vocalize, walk, and swim within 30 minutes after birth.
