Handsome Tuna a homeless cat at Rifle Animal Shelter sends a big whisker thank-you, to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation has helped him and many of his furry friends receive life saving medical care , and support to help ensure they have second chance at life and get adopted into new forever homes.
