This ‘Ua‘u kani (Wedge-tailed Shearwater) was found entangled in fishing line on O‘ahu and had some loss of circulation in her leg and some spinal trauma. Water therapy has been helping her legs. Since she likely won’t be able to sit properly on the water by herself until she recovers from the spinal issues, it’s pool noodle to the rescue!
