Wilbur an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at Pacific Marine Mammal Center sends a big whisker thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, for helping fund his medical care and extensive treatment support. He is improving daily and hopes to be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
