Adorable Wilbur is feeling so much better, at Colorado Puppy Rescue. His wish came true thanks to, the Wags and Menace Make A Difference, for helping fund his urgent medical care and treatment support. As a result, he has found his new loving forever family. A very happy tail wagging ending for Wilbur.
