Willie a homeless pup from Rifle Animal Shelter sends a big whisker thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. It has helped him and many of his homeless fuzzy friends receive life saving medical to help ensure they have a second chance at life and get adopted into new loving forever homes.
