Handsome Rotini an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his extensive medical care for his severe worms, skin condition, blood work, skin condition and special treatment support. He is feeling so much better and is best sofa snuggle in his new forever home.
