Penny, from Utah Friends of the Basset Hound, sends a big eared thank-you to, the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. For many years, the foundation has held fund them with, life saving medical care and support. Penny is happy to report, that she has found her new forever home! A very happy tail wagging ending for her!.
