Adorable Moo at Red Desert Humane Society, sends a big tail wagging thank-you to, the Wags and Menace Make Difference Foundation. The foundation has helped him and many of his shelter friends, by helping fund their medical care and support. It has helped ensure they have a second chance on life, and adopted into new loving forever homes.
