Kona, an orphaned Harbor Seal pup, is receiving great care at, North coast Marine Mammal Center. He sends a big thank-you to, the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation. The foundation helped fund her life saving medial care for her severe infection, blood work, dehydration and malnutrition.
