This Northern Fulmar is receiving excrescent medical care at, Wetland Wildlife Care Center. For many years the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation has helped fund them with life saving medical care and emergency supplies. The foundation helped this Northern Fulmar bird, that has a broken beak, which is actually his unique tube nose. It is used for finding prey and filtered out salt from sea water.
