Handsome Arturo an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his extensive medical care for his severe worms, eye infection, skin condition, bloodwork , and extensive treatment support. He is doing well and loves to go on long walks with his new forever family.
