Bagel an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at Pacific Marine Mammal Center send a big flipper thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund his critical ICU medical care and extensive treatment support. He is recovering well, and hopes to be released back into the wild his ocean forever home very soon.
