Adorable Balto an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his extensive medical care for his severe ear infection, skin condition, blood work, and treatment support. He is doing well and loves to play all day with his new forever family.
