Barney a orphaned pup from Blackfoot Animal Shelter sends a big smiling thank-you hug to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation for helping him and many of his homeless fuzzy friends with life saving transport funding to help ensure they have a second chance on life and get adopted into new loving forever homes.
