Bert ,an orphaned Elephant Seal pup at Northcoast Marine Mammal Center sends a big flipper thank-you to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund his ICU life saving critical medical care and extensive treatment support. He is doing well and hopes to be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
