Biscuit came to DHS a couple of weeks ago. He was surrendered by a family that found him roaming near their home.They realized he had serious injuries and they also had larger dogs that didn’t accept him. We took him to Dr Talley and in addition to a badly broken hip, he had been shot. He needed surgery but we had no money to spare for that. But the Wags and Menace Makes a Difference Foundation stepped in and funded all of his veterinary care. Thanks to them, not only will this little guy be walking and running pain free soon, we’re certain with his plucky personality he’ll have a home of his own in no time. Thanks so much to Wags and Menace Makes a Difference for saving this little guys life!!
