Bogo, an orphaned Harbor Seal pup at SR3 sends a big whisker thank-you kiss to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation, for helping fund his special medical care and extensive treatment support. He is improving daily and hopes to be released back into the wild, his ocean forever home very soon.
