Bugsy, loves his special medicated bath , at Cheyenne Animal Shelter. He wants to thank the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation , for helping fund his extensive medical care and treatments. The foundation has helped funded medical care, for many CAS shelter pets over the years. As a result, many like Bugsy, have be able to be adopted, into new loving forever homes.
