Adorable Butterscotch an orphaned pup from Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation helped fund his critical medical care and treatment support. He is thrilled to report that he is doing great and loves his new forever family.
