Adorable Penelope an orphaned pup at Colorado Puppy Rescue is so grateful to the Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation emergency medical fund. The foundation funded her critical medical care for her skin condition, extensive bloodwork, malnutrition, and special treatment support. She is feeling so much better and loves to hog the entire sofa while watching movies with her new loving forever family.
